A reminder there is no school on Monday, October 12. Enjoy the long weekend!
Traffic Concerns
Morning drop off and afternoon pick up continue to be times with significant traffic outside of our school. To make sure our students are safe, please:
- Encourage your child to use the marked crosswalks to cross Evanston Drive
- Drop off / pick up in designated areas, not in turn lanes, designated bus lanes, on the roadway, or in the staff parking lot
- Encourage your child to walk / bike / scooter while the weather still allows
- If traffic is also of concern to you, please reach out to 311
Halloween & Upcoming Spirit Days
More information about Halloween will be forthcoming as our Grade 7 Leadership students plan and coordinate our first Spirit Days at Evanston Heights. Needless to say, Evanston Heights will be recognizing Halloween. It is important to communicate with your child's teacher if Halloween is not recognized by your family.
