Monday Morning
We look forward to our first day of school on Monday. A reminder that Grade 4 to 6 will begin at 9:15 and Grade 7 and 8 will begin their day at 11:15. Please meet your teacher on the back field / compound a few minutes before.
If you did not receive an email from the teacher, there will be many staff members with class lists helping students find their class.

If your child will be absent, coming late or leaving early, please send an email to your child's teacher and evanstonheights@cbe.ab.ca.
Not Receiving Classroom Emails
If you are not receiving classroom emails, please know there is lag time between registration and classroom enrollment and receiving all messages. If you do not receive a classroom update next Friday, please email your child’s teacher to let them know.

Grades 4-6 Students Going Home For Lunch
If your child is in grade 4-6 and will be going home for lunch, you are not required to pay the lunch supervision fee. However, if you do not pay the lunch supervision fee, your child cannot come back 'early' to play. They are welcome to return through the main doors at 1:20pm. If you would like your child to come back early and play, you must pay the supervision fee.
Complimentary Courses – Grades 7 and 8
Complimentary courses for Grade 7 and 8 will begin on Tuesday, September 1. Schedules will be provided on Monday.
At this time, there will be no changes in complimentary course registration.
Evanston Heights Junior Sports
Please note that we will provide opportunities for all students to participate in sports throughout the year. Currently, only Grade 7 and 8 students are invited to try out for junior sports teams.
